Is Your Annual Bank Renewal Just a Renewal, or an Opportunity to Rework the Facility?
Before your next renewal, let us review the structure with you: limit, utilisation, pricing, security and whether a different route would serve the business better.

Most renewals are signed as they come. The renewal date is also the moment when your limit, pricing, security and structure can be questioned, with the bank or with another lender.
What We Examine Before Your Renewal
Limit and utilisation
- Is the CC/OD limit adequate for today's turnover?
- Utilisation pattern through the year
- Drawing power and stock / debtor cycle
- Whether short-term borrowing is funding permanent assets
Cost and security
- Pricing and margin
- Collateral and security held
- Possibility of releasing collateral
- Fund-based and non-fund-based mix (LC / BG)
Structure options
- Enhancement with the existing bank
- WCDL or other suitable structures
- Multiple banking arrangements
- Takeover by another lender, where it makes sense
Existing obligations
- Term loans and EMIs that consume monthly cash
- Repayment conduct and bank statements
- GST and financial consistency

Customers now take 75 or 90 days instead of 45.
A large order is stretching cash
Growth is consuming liquidity.
EMIs are heavy
Multiple loans take a large share of monthly cash.
Renewal is coming
You want a second opinion before you sign.
What a Review May Lead To
Possible outcomes
- An enhancement request with a stronger case
- A rebalanced mix of limits
- A move to a better-suited lender
- No change, if your current structure is right
What we will not do
We do not promise a sanction, a rate or a limit. We also do not send your file to banks first and understand it later.
How We Work: Assess First, Approach Selectively
Every formal loan application shows up as a bureau enquiry on your credit profile. That is why the case is assessed and prepared before any lender is approached.
Initial Business Discussion
We understand your business, turnover, existing banking and the actual requirement.
Financial & Banking Review
Where the case looks suitable, we review financials, GST performance, obligations and banking conduct.
Structure & Prepare the Case
We identify the right structure, close documentation gaps and prepare the file to credit standards.
Selective Lender Shortlisting
Relevant lenders are shortlisted after the review, and the case is discussed with the lender before formal login. It is never circulated blindly.
Follow-Through
Where the engagement proceeds, we coordinate credit queries, clarifications and documentation. The final decision always rests with the lender.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a new loan to use this review?
No. Many businesses need a better banking structure rather than new borrowing. The review may conclude that an enhancement, a change in the facility mix, a lender change, or no change at all is the sensible route.
When is the best time to do this?
Ideally two to three months before the renewal date, so there is time to prepare the case and, if relevant, discuss options with lenders before you are asked to sign the renewal.
Will you contact my bank?
Not without your knowledge and consent. We first review the case with you. Any lender discussion happens after the review and with your agreement.
Does a review guarantee a higher limit or a lower rate?
No. Limits, pricing and conditions are decided by the lender after its own appraisal. The review tells you what is worth asking for and how the case should be presented.
Is this only for businesses with a CC/OD?
It is mainly for businesses with an existing cash credit, overdraft or working-capital facility. If you have other term loans, we look at them together with the working-capital structure.
Request a Credit Review Before Your Renewal
Tell us about your existing facility and renewal date. We will tell you whether a review is worthwhile.
Primarily for established businesses in Pune district with annual turnover of ₹10 Cr+ and a funding requirement of ₹2 Cr+. A short initial review helps determine whether the requirement is suitable for further discussion before documents are requested.
